Performance Based Pricing:
Clients only pay a fee based on the profit generated by StarSnag’s efforts.
- A results-first guarantee applies for qualifying clients
- No upfront payment is required unless explicitly agreed upon.
- Payment calculations will be based on booked jobs attributable to StarSnag services and the client’s average profit per job.

Client Obligations:

- Provide truthful and accurate business information.
- Grant StarSnag permission to track website activity, lead forms, phone calls, and client interactions for performance analysis.
- Maintain access to your Google Business Profile and other connected tools as needed for optimization.

- Securely store sensitive information and comply with relevant privacy laws.

Either party may terminate service at any time. In the event of termination:

Limitation of Liability:

- Negative reviews unrelated to StarSnag’s work
- Third-party service interruptions (Google, email services, etc.)
